I currently keep 4 big beautiful buff girls. The buffs are my talking flock, they're friendly, inquisitive and the funniest things you've ever seen running toward you at full speed when I've been spied with a bread sack.
This breed are in and of themselves some of the best incubators ever created. They're dedicated and fluffy enough to cover a large nest of eggs of which they'll viciously protect. Warning. Broodiness is contageous among this breed and where one sits, another might.
